PRODUCT DETAIL

MPP Power & Communication Conduit

Trenchless modified polypropylene (MPP) conduits for power cables are made from modified PP with special formulations and processes, offering high strength, excellent high-temperature performance, easy cable pulling, convenient installation and cost savings. As protection conduits for power and communication cables, they excel in trenchless installation, suitable for burial depths of 2–18 metres, and apply to both open-cut and trenchless protection of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage underground power cables.

Features

High strength and impact resistance: excellent compressive performance withstands soil and vehicle loads after burial without cracking or deformation.
Insulating and flame-retardant: effectively isolates current and resists ignition, protecting power cables from leakage and fire hazards.
Smooth inner wall with low friction: easy cable pulling, less sheath abrasion and shorter installation time.
Acid, alkali and corrosion resistant: unaffected by soil chemicals, moisture-proof and slow to age underground.
Lightweight: simple to handle without heavy equipment, reducing transport costs.
Outstanding heat resistance: resists softening and deformation from cable heat and short-term high temperatures.
Strong joint sealing: prevents water, mud and silt ingress that could damage the cable sheath.
Wide range of specifications: multiple diameters for cable protection in municipal roads, residential areas and industrial plants.
